With that said we recognize we are working with leather and thread and sometimes despite our best effort in sourcing the highest quality materials, things can still potentially break. We know you spent your hard earned money to support us and enjoy our wonderful products for years to come. As such we warrant this product against defects in material and workmanship under normal use and proper maintenance for the life of our leather handmade goods.

What that means is GHANCHE can replace any product found to be defective. Please note that leather colors and finishes used in our products will change from time to time as will styles and branding/logos. In the event we no longer carry the product purchased from us we will provide a store credit of equal value of the original purchase.

Also this lifetime limited warranty does not include charges connected with shipping, freight, custom fees, or duties to ship product. Also this lifetime limited warranty shall be void if the product is re-sold or traded to another owner. We love you all and want you to know we have your back.



In some cases items just don’t work out thats why you have 14 days of receiving your item(s) to send your unused and same condition products back. It must also be in original packaging. Once we have received your item(s) we will inspect them for signs of use. We do not refund shipping fees.

To complete your return, we require a proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Refunds (if Applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a message or call that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied according to the mode of the payment decided, within a certain amount of days.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
